• Domestic Shipping Rates: A flat rate of ₹100 is charged for shipping on all domestic orders across India.
  
• Order Processing: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Standard domestic shipments are delivered to your doorstep within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
  
• Payment Methods: We operate on a prepaid basis and do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  
• Order Updates: In the event of unforeseen delay or processing challenges, our team will proactively reach out to keep you informed.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our pieces are produced in small batches and crafted with utmost care, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

1. You receive a physically damaged item.
2. You receive an incorrect item that differs from your order.

All orders undergo rigorous quality checks prior to packaging. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect piece, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 92475 85527 or email with unboxing photos/details.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement. If the item is out of stock or unavailable, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method or bank account.

Exceptions & Non-Defects

Please note that the following variations are intrinsic to artisanal items and do not qualify as defects:

• Handcraft Variations: Subtle differences in color, weave, thread, or print. These organic variations are a hallmark of genuine handloom and handcrafted processes.
• Natural Oxidation: Tarnishing or darkening of brass and silver jewelry over time due to exposure to air, humidity, or storage conditions.

Returns & Cancellations Policy

Order Cancellations

• Before Dispatch: You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Upon cancellation, you will receive a store credit / coupon code equal to the full order amount, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• After Dispatch: We are unable to accept cancellation requests once an order has been processed and handed over to our courier partner.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our collections feature curated handlooms and handcrafted pieces, we accept returns only if you receive an incorrect item that does not match your original order.

Every item undergoes strict quality checks before packaging. In the unlikely event, incase of any concerns,  please notify us within 24 hours of delivery  and our team shall get back to you at the earliest.

Reverse Pick-Up & Refunds

• Once your return request is verified and approved as eligible, our team will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address at no extra cost.
• Upon receiving the returned item and completing quality checks, a full refund will be processed directly back to your original bank account/payment method.

Please note that the following conditions are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and jewelry and do not qualify as defects:

• Handcraft & Dye Variations: Subtle variations in color shade, motif placement, print alignment, or weave texture. These unique characteristics are integral to genuine handloom and handcrafted artistry.
• Natural Metal Oxidation: The gradual darkening or tarnishing of silver, brass and other alloy jewelry over time due to exposure to air, humidity, or varied storage conditions.
